How much shipping charge do I pay ?

Shipping fee is all over Turkey 11.99 TL is fixed.

When will I receive my order ?

After your order has been shipped; Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Antalya, Bursa and the surrounding provinces at a rate of 90% 3-4 working days , for other provinces, the maximum 6-7 working days is determined as.

Which cargo company do you ship my order with ?

What time will the product be delivered ?

Your order will be sent by PTT courier to the delivery address you specified during the weekdays between 09.00-17.00, Saturday 09.00-12.00.

My order came when I wasn't at my address, what should I do ?

Shipping company will deliver your order to the address you specified. If you are not at your address, a note will be left stating that you can receive your order from the nearest branch. If you do not receive your package within 3 days, your order will be returned to Sak's Pine Fashion.

Which payment methods can I use ?

If your debit card is open for online payment, you can use your debit card or make your payment to our bank accounts with Wire Transfer / EFT options. (If you are going to pay by wire transfer / EFT options, do not forget to make remittance notification in my account after making the payment.)

Do you have the option to pay at the door?

We have the option of paying cash at the door.


Sak’s Pine Returns and Exchanges

1. ORDER

Can I combine my orders?
-If your order has not been shipped, you can get rid of paying more shipping costs by combining your orders in case you reach us by using the information in the contact section.

Can I have a gift package / add a gift note?
-Of course, you can add the desired note to the delivery note when you place your order and request a gift package.

2. CHANGE

The purchased product is entitled to exchange within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase. In order to change the product, the invoices submitted must be complete and the product must not be used or damaged in any way. You must create a change request from our website before sending the product, then your cargo contact us and after the product control is completed, you will be able to shop again by uploading money points to your member account.

*** Do not make any payment while you are sending cargo for return from PTT Cargo branch and send the product with counter payment. In this way, your shipments will be reflected to you at the agreed price, so it is very important that you do not pay an extra fee.

3. RETURN 

The purchased product can be returned within 7 (seven) days of delivery. In order for the product to be returned, a refund request must be created from the "My Account" section and the invoices sent must be sent to Sak’s Pine Fashion together with the product. Return of products without invoice is not accepted. The products to be returned must be unused or not damaged by the buyer. Return of damaged products is not accepted. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer in the process of returns and exchanges. For orders of 150₺ or more, the campaign will be canceled and a shipping fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded if the products or products to be returned in order to benefit from our free campaign reduces the order amount to less than 150₺.

Cargo is paid back to the credit card (if the payment is made by wire transfer) within 7-14 days after Sak’s Pine is reached and controlled. Delays may arise from intermediary payment institution (Virtual Pos) or bank. For purchases made by installments, refunds are reflected by the bank in installments.
